Minister of Justice Titus Mvalo has told the parliament that Government is shocked with arrest of ACB boss Martha Chizuma this morning.;
Mvalo said Government is suspecting another hand played into the matter.
He said, him as the Justice Minister, he was not aware that Chizuma will be arrested any time.
Chizuma, who was being kept at Namitete police in Lilongwe was charged with in relation to January leaked audio that she was heard discussing work related issues with unidentified person.
