Anti-Corruption Bureau Director General, Martha Chizuma has not received any official communication on the withdrawn charges levelled against her by the suspended Director of Public Prosecutions Steven Kayuni.
Chizuma’s lawyer, Martha Kaukonde has confirmed the development.
“My client is yet to be communicated,” said Kaunde.
This morning, opposition lawmakers in parliament led by leader of opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa demanded evidence from the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Titus Mvalo.
Meanwhile, Chizuma is scheduled to appear before Nimitete Police Station on Monday as per her bail conditions.
