Secondary school teacher wins K5 million in FCB’s 5 mita ipite promotion

Marion Bester Maganga a secondary school teacher at Chisuku Community Day in Phalombe has emerged winner in the First Capital Bank’s (FCB) 5 mita ipite promotion.
Maganga has won the grand prize of K5 million.
Speaking after getting his prize, Maganga said he will use the money to study for his master’s degree.
FCB’s head of marketing Twikale Chirwa said the promotion was meant to implement saving culture and boost digital transactions among Malawians.
The promotion which was launched on 10 June this year, saw the bank giving away K1 million every month, before the grand prize announcement today.
