A 14-year-old boy has died in Kalulushi on the Copperbelt after he was allegedly beaten with a slasher by his father.
Ernest Chipema, aged 50, of Makeni area is believed to have beaten his son after the juvenile allegedly stole 200 Kwacha.
Copperbelt Province Commanding Officer said the boy sustained a swelling on the head after the beating, and he was rushed to Kalulushi General Hospital, where he later died.
