The newly elected deputy president of the ANC Paul Mashatile was the talk of social media after it was reported that he is in a relationship with a well-known slay queen and has been giving her a monthly allowance of R200k to R500k
@MgodoyiR took to twitter to break the story. He tweeted, “A News 24 Journalist is about to write a story about Paul Mashatile, he is dating Gugu Nkosi since 2014 and he gives her a monthly allowance of between R200-R500k a month.
Gugu Nkosi told News24 that Mashatile would deposit the money in her bank account and would occasionally give her cash.
She also claimed that in few instances, he would give her the money in US Dollars.
A lot of people believe that this is just a ploy to discredit the deputy president because why would she expose him if he was giving her so much money.
