DPP backs Mutharika on his political future

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is advising all Malawians to desist from spreading fake news and lies regarding the candidature of Professor Arthur Peter Muthalirika.
In a statement signed by Hon. Shadric Namalomba, the issue regarding Professor Mutharika’s candidature as President for 2025 elections has been exhaustedly explained in a number of platforms.
“He has repeatedly said that he is consulting and until an appropriate time, Malawians will be informed of his decision whether to stand again or not as President of Malawi,” Namalomba said.
