Water consumers in Kasungu township have expressed worry over the colored and smelly water that the water taps are producing for about two days now.
This has caused panic among the residents who are worried if the water is safe for consumption.
According to one of the concerned consumers, Victor Ngwira, they are worried following the current situation where the Cholera outbreak is claiming more lives in the country.
Central Region Water Board management is yet to comment on the situation.
Due to the situation, some people are being forced to buy bottled water.
