Maria Lucia do Nascimento, sister of Pele, says the 100-year-old mother of the Brazilian football legend is unaware of her son’s death.
Pele’s mother does not know that her son, the world-famous soccer legend, has died, his sister has revealed.
Celeste, who has just turned 100 and is looked after by daughter Maria Lucia do Nascimento, has not been told about her son’s death.
Overnight it emerged Pele’s only surviving sibling has yet to tell the matriarch her famous footballer son has lost his fight against colon cancer.
