Agriculture expert, Tamani Khono-Mvula said there is need for the government to follow up on the beneficiaries.
Khono-Mvula said the government should also help the farmers by providing farm equipment to local farmers to ensure income generation.
The program is designed to provide farmers with the necessary resources to improve their livelihoods and increase food security in the region.
Under the program, farmers will be provided with high-quality, genetically-superior animals, such as cows, goats, pigs, and chickens to start or expand their operations.
