UTM appoints Happy Kondowe as acting director of research

United Transformation Movement (UTM) has appointed Happy Kondowe as the party’s national acting director of research.
UTM’s Secretary General Patricia Kaliati has confirmed the appointment in a statement seen by this publication.
“The UTM would like to announce the appointment of hon Happy Kondowe as UTM’s acting national director of research with effect from Wednesday, January 11, 2023,” read part of the statement.
Kondowe has taken over from UTM’s legislature Leonard Chipoya.
Kondowe is yet to confirm his appointment.
UTM is getting its house in order as the campaign period is around the corner.
