The Public Accounts Committee of Parliament (PAC) has sent officials from the Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) back for submitting incomplete responses on audit queries related to unprocedural procurement and misuse of funds at the institution.
The PAC Chairperson, Mark Botoman, stated that the Auditor General had not verified some of the queries that were submitted to the committee.
This resulted to an early adjournment of the meeting.
The PAC has since directed MANEB to report back to the committee before the next sitting of parliament next month.
