According to reports, ESCOM removed a damaged power transformer from the area a month ago, leaving residents without electricity ever since.
The lack of power has had a significant impact on the community, with residents struggling to access basic services such as maizemeals.
Despite efforts to reach out to ESCOM for assistance, residents claim that their requests have been met with silence, leaving them frustrated and angry.
