Tragedy struck the Mkushi Central Police Station in Zambia as one of their own, a young and hardworking female police officer, Bridget Zulu, was found dead in her house. The circumstances surrounding her death have left her family and colleagues in shock and confusion.
According to reports, Bridget Zulu was found dead by her husband in their home after he returned from a night out at a local bar. Upon entering the house, he was surprised to find their 3-year-old child alone and without his wife.
He then proceeded to check the bedroom where he discovered his wife’s lifeless body. She had apparently prepared his food and water for bathing before she died.
The cause of Bridget Zulu’s death is currently unknown, as she was never reported to be sick prior to her untimely passing.
Her family has requested a postmortem to be conducted to ascertain the cause of her death.
