A 22 year old man identified as Nyson Gremu has taken his own life for unknown reasons in Thyolo District.

Thyolo District Deputy Police Spokesperson Rabecca Kashoti has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Kashoti, the deceased has been found hanging from a tree in a Belo Macadamia nuts field.

This comes barely 48 hours after a woman also killed herself through poison in Traditional Authority Nsabwe.

Gremu, who died due to suffocation secondary to strangulation, hailed from Khokholiwa, Traditional Authority Nchiramwera in the district.
