A 25 year old man of Nakonde has burnt his two year old step son to death because his mother cooked beans instead of meat.
The meat and beans was bought by the wife using her money and she made a meal time table and put meat on Sunday.
Her husband who has never bought food for the family for the past one year, wanted to eat meat on Friday but was annoyed after he found beans in the plates.
He decided to punish his wife by pouring hot water on his step son who was sleeping.
The baby cried uncontrollably before fainting, 30 minutes later he died. He was put to rest today Sunday in Nakonde.
