Ministry of Education has confirmed the death of a primary school teacher at Mikombe in Thyolo after falling into a pit latrine.
The ministry’s spokesperson, Mphatso Nkuonera has identified the teacher as Effie Mpini.
Mpini went to dispose of diapers.
