20 YEAR OLD MAN DEFILES GIRLFRIEND AGED 14 IN ZAMBIA

(ZNBC) A 14-year-old girl, of Kamitondo area in Kitwe on the Copperbelt, has allegedly been defiled by her 20-year-old boyfriend, of the same area.
Copperbelt commanding officer Peacewell Mweemba says the victim went to see her elder sister within Kamitondo but on her way there, she met her boyfriend, Isaac Kumwenda.
Kumwenda told her to go to his home and sweep the house but he later defiled her.
Mweemba explained that the suspect also took pictures of the two and posted on Facebook, while they were inside the house.
Mweemba has added that upon seeing the photos, people informed the mother, who went to Kumwenda’s house and found her daughter in his house.
He says police interviewed the victim, in the presence of the accused, over the matter and she accepted that the suspect had s*x with her in the house.
The suspect has been apprehended and the victim has also been issued with a medical report.
