A call has gone out to government on the need to come up with an emergency national budget.
According to controversial Rumphi East Member of parliament Kamlepo Kalua, this would help to alert international donors and banks to notice that the country is under crisis.
Kalua said there is need for proper strategies to improve country’s economy in awake cyclone Freddy.
Meanwhile Kalua has also suggested that government should formulate ad-hoc centers to help in regulating relief items in the affected districts.
