The body of journalist Nomsa Mkandawire Taulo, a former Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) will be laid to rest today at HHI Cemetery in the commercial capital Blantyre.

Nomsa died suddenly in Lilongwe on Saturday few hours after landing from South Sudan where she was working with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

The body of Nomsa was collected yesterday from College of Medicine to her parents’ residence at Manja in Blantyre where vigil is taking place.

Before joining MBC Nomsa also worked with Malawi Institute of Journalism (MIJ).

MISA Malawi Chapter has since expressed shock with the untimely death of Nomsa Taulo.
