In a surprising turn of events, a young woman named Alyssa has taken to social media to share her astonishing story of discovering she is nine months pregnant. Going by the Twitter handle @Ghoulfriendish, Alyssa revealed that she woke up one day to the unexpected news, despite not experiencing any typical pregnancy symptoms.

To further complicate matters, Alyssa mentioned that she had been using an intrauterine device (IUD) as a contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy. Despite this precaution, she found herself in this unforeseen situation.

Alyssa recounted that after realizing her menstrual cycle had ceased, she decided to take a home pregnancy test. The test results came back positive, leaving her in disbelief. Seeking confirmation, she promptly visited the hospital, where she received the shocking news that she was already 37 weeks pregnant.
