A man in his late 20s has been caught red-handed in Salisbury Line in Mzuzu stealing water meters.
The suspect has been identified as Shadreck Mabatani and who was found with in possession of 14 stolen meters.
The suspect was busted by communities in the Township.
He has since been taken to the Police.
