Epileptic Woman Dies After Falling into Well in Dowa

A 30-year-old epileptic woman, Dina George has died after falling into a deep well in Mponela, Dowa District.
Mponela Police Station spokesperson Macpatson Msadala has said the incident happened when the deceased was drawing water from her neighbour’s well.
According to Msadala, postmortem has revealed death was as a result of suffocation, secondary to drowning.
She hailed from Kashangula village in the area of Traditional Authority Mponera in Dowa.
