Witness confesses of being lesbian in Court during same s3x case

One of the witnesses in the consolidated sodomy and homosexuality case of John Gonani and Wim Akster; Professor Alexander Muller on Monday confessed of being Lesbian in court.
She made the disclosure in a cross examination by state lawyer Victor Jere.
After the confession, state lawyer asked her how then, can the study be objective considering that she is a member?
Her study’ findings show that the LGBTI community are facing discrimination and sexual violence in the country.
The case is being presided over by a panel of Judges namely; Justices Joseph Chigona, Chimbizgani Kacheche and Vikochi Chima.
