Zambian Man Arrested for Stabbing His Wife and Another Man Suspected of Having a Love Affair

Police in Chongwe have arrested Smart Zulu for allegedly stabbing his wife, BarBara and another man who he suspected of being in a love affair with his wife.
Police Assistant Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi has since indentified the other man as Patson Kandela, 39, also a resident of Chongwe.
Mr Chilabu says BarBara 32, sustained a deep cut on the head, while Patson sustained a deep cut on the abdomen and right hand.
He says details are that the suspect, found his wife seated together with Patson and suspected them of being in a relationship.
Mr Chilabi said Smart then got a knife and stabbed both of them.
This incident happened yesterday around 17:00 hours in Chongwe, and the victims are admitted to Chongwe District Hospital where they were rushed for medical attention.
Mr Chilabi said the suspect is currently detained in custody.
