Zambia President Hakainde Hichilema is in Kigali, Rwanda for a two-day State Visit.
While in Rwanda, Hichilema is scheduled to hold a bilateral talks with Rwanda President Paul Kagame and some top business gurus.
On Tuesday evening Hichilema attended a State Dinner hosted by President Kagame.
“It was good to hear President Kagame recount the fond memories of his State Visit to Zambia in 2022, including how he enjoyed interacting with the wildlife.
“We thanked our host for the warm hospitality extended to us and our delegation, and toasted to the friendship between our sister countries, Zambia and Rwanda,” wrote Hichilema.
This morning Hichilema is scheduled to lay wreaths at Kigali Genocide memorial.
