Truck Driver, Passenger Die In A Road Accident In Mzimba

Mzimba police spokesperson Peter Botha has confirmed the death of a truck driver, Valik Sichela and his passenger, Stain Kumwenda in a road accident that occurred at Watereka along the Mzuzu – Jenda M1 road.
Botha said Kumwenda allegedly failed to negotiate a bend at Watereka and it swerved off the road before it overturned.
The truck which was loaded with timber
The two who sustained serious injuries, were pronounced dead upon arrival at Mzimba district hospital.
