Twenty people have so far been arrested in connection to the theft and looting of property belonging to Limbuli businessman Edson Nachuma on Monday this week.
According to Mulanje Police Spokesperson Innocent Moses, the law enforcers have also recovered some stolen items.
He said the officers are continuing with their operation.
Some irate community members ransacked and went away with everything belonging to Edgar’s Lodge which belongs to Edison Nachuma.
The Mob claimed that the lodge hosts some suspected Mozambicans and Malawians robbers who are robbing people in the area.
These suspected robbers are also the one’s who are alleged to have killed a certain business person in the area.
