Prophet F.T. Samuel of Light of Life International Church (LOLIC) has fired one of his Pastors for what insiders says insubordination.
The Pastor has been identified as Evans Njelengo.
This has been confirmed in a statement posted on Prophet Samuel’s facebook page seen by this publication.
“This is to let you know that effective 24th June 2023, Pastor Evans Njelengo, has been dismissed as a Pastor for Light of Life International Church- LOLIC. Until his dismissal Pastor Njelengo has been one of the long serving and key Pastors in the ministry, operating at LOLIC head quarters, in Blantyre.
“This action is only effective on his Pastoral duties and that he is at liberty to continue being a member and a worker in the Ministry,” reads in part the statement.
The Prophet has also dissolved the Church’s branch in Lilongwe with immediate effect. He has also released the Pastor who was in-charge of the Lilongwe Branch.
