Mussa, Munthali Bail Ruling Shifted To Later Date

Bail ruling for convicted former Information Minister Henry Mussa and Director of Information Gideon Munthali failed to take place on Tuesday, 11 July because of the illness of the presiding Judge, Justice Edah Ngwira
Sources at the High Court in Lilongwe told MBC that Justice Edah Ngwira is unwell and a new date will be set and duly communicated to all parties.
Justice Ngwira was expected to make her ruling on the convicts’ bail application pending appeal today.
Mussa and co-convict Munthali were convicted of conspiracy to steal and receiving stolen goods in relation to the ten computers and a Genset at Ministry of Information.
