Attorney General, Thabo Chakaka-Nyirenda has advised by Lead Judge Joseph Chagona   to conduct himself exemplary before the court.
Defense lawyer Fostino Mayele had raised an observation that the AG was being disrespectful to the bench by sometimes inter-ejecting judges or dictating what or what not the bench should do.
Mayele said he is worried that “conduct of the most senior officer of the bar was inspiring.”
And Judge Chagona has agreed saying as AG, it was important that he lived and conducted himself exemplary.
He said it was important that lawyers including the AG realized that whilst in court, presiding officers, in this case, judges were in control of the court proceedings.
