Bizarre: Wedding ceremony disrupted as flood takes over hall (Watch Video)

A wedding ceremony in Warri, Delta state was disrupted on Saturday, July 15, after the hall to be used for the wedding reception was overtaken by flood water.
A viral video showed the well decorated hall located along Refinery road in Effurun, flooded with water.
