8 Students Injured In A Road Accident In Zomba

Eight students from Domasi Institute of Management and Technology (DIMT) in Zomba have sustained various injuries after a speeding minibus hit them while on their way from a football match.
Zomba Police Spokesperson Patricia Sipiliano said the accident occurred at Domasi Works along Machinga – Zomba M3 road.
According to Sipiliano, the students were taken to Zomba General Hospital for treatment while the driver, Moses Phiri aged 35 was arrested and will answer the charge of reckless driving.
