The body of a man in his late twenties has, this morning, been found in a ditch along the main road in Lilongwe’s Area 49.
Some people suspect that the man was killed in a hit-and-run situation.
There are pieces of substances scattered all around the place raising suspicions these may have come-off the vehicle.
Both Kanengo and Lingadzi Police Stations have expressed ignorance on the matter, but have since rushed to the scene.
