Jenda Police in Mzimba has rearrested a notorious fugitive who bolted court whilst in session in the month end of July 2023 2023.
Public Relations Officer for Jenda Police Station Sub/Insp Macfarlen Mseteka has identified the fugitive as Moses Mseteka.
The fugitive has been wanted by Mzimba Police Station on a number of charges such as; breakings, theft, rape and escaping from lawful custody.
He is also a suspect in numerous breakings and theft of motorcycle around Jenda and khosolo which led to his arrest on August 23, 2023 at his hide out through intelligence sweeping.
This also serves as a notice to other formations who have pending charges against the fugitive that he has been rearrested and will be taken to Mzimba police station to answer all the charges against him including contempt of court.
Moses Mseteka is 30 years old hails from Mpezeni village, Traditional Authority Mzukuzuku in Mzimba district.
