The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) says it will proceed with investigations in relation to allegations of over K2.3 billion expenditure for Mombera University.
The development follows a request from the Human Rights Defenders Coalition (HRDC).
This comes as the ACB has received an investigative audit report on Mombera University from the Auditor General’s office.
It further says it will not pursue claims pertaining to the refurbishment of Mzuzu University.
