Bon Kalindo Resumes Street Protest, Calls for President Chakwera to Step Down

Bon Kalindo is back on the streets today, marching to the Lilongwe District Commissioner’s office to deliver a petition demanding President Lazarus Chakwera’s resignation.

This follows his arrest last week, which prevented the petition’s submission.

“You know they arrested me and because of that we failed to deliver our petition and I thought it was right that we do it today. We might also go to the president’s office, but for now, we are heading to the DC. We want Chakwera to resign for failing the country.”
