A16-year-old Brian Namate from Group Village Head Mwachitungu in the area of Traditional Authority Jenala in Phalombe district is asking for well wishers to support him financially as he is failing to to start his secondary school education.
Namate , who scooped six A’s in this year’s Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE) examinations, which he sat from Chitekesa Primary School in Phalombe North, and was selected to Robert Laws Secondary School.
His mother is unable to provide for all the basic amenities for him to leave for his secondary school studies as the boy’s father passed on in May last year.
The school’s Headteacher, James Chipapa, has since confirmed that the boy was selected to the school but has not reported for classes therefore appealing to well wishers to help this boy so that he goes to school as tuition fee at Robert Laws tuition fees is pegged at K220,000 per term.
