Founding member of international reggae outfit Third World, Michael Ibo Cooper, has died.
According to Jamaican press, he died peacefully on Thursday night after a short illness.
A keyboardist, he established Third World with Stephen Cole in 1973 and he would later dump the band in 1997 to join Inner Circle.
Most Malawians will remember Cooper, 71, as he used to be a Disc Jockey at Power FM 101 in Limbe.
