A Primary School Teacher arrested for defiling 17 year old pupil

Esau Pharoh a standard 6 teacher at Changoima Primary School has been arrested for defiling a 17-year-old pupil in Chikwawa District.
According to Officer in- Charge for Changoima Police Station, Hastings Kunchenga, the suspect is in police custody waiting to answer the charge levelled against him.
The suspect hails from Silla village T/A Chapananga.
Section 138(1) of the Malawi penal code, says that having sexual intercourse with a minor is an offence.
