Chiradzulu Magistrate Court has set free fifteen men who were suspected of malicious damages and theft in the district.
Police in the district arrested 15 men for suspecting them that they allegedly stole goats at Chikale estate of Mulli Brothers in the area of Zalengera village Traditional Authority Chitera.
Magistrate Smart Maluwasa ruled that the state did not prove beyond reasonable doubt, the involvement of the thirteen people to the case.
However, the remaining two identified as Watson Somanje and Samson Thomas, have been remanded to Chichiri prison for judgement after the hearing process.
