Members of Parliament (MPs) will reconvene on November 13 2023 for their Third Meeting in the 50th Session of Parliament.
A notice from the Office of the Clerk of Parliament addressed to all Cabinet ministers, deputy ministers and MPs says the meeting will run for four weeks from November 13 to December 8 2023.
“The appropriate notice of the meeting will appear in the government gazette soon,” reads in part the notice dated October 20 2023 and signed by Chikondi Kachinjika on behalf of the Clerk of Parliament Fiona Kalemba.
The Second Meeting of Parliament in the 50th Session rose sine die on August 19 2023 after the MPs met for four weeks where they passed seven money Bills and discussed several ministerial reports.
