Lester Maganga denied bail in gruesome murder of Witika

High Court Judge Mzondi Mvula has denied bail Lester Maganga who is accused of having a hand in the death of Coca-cola Beverages employee Allan Witika.
Maganga, personal aide to Minister of Information and Digitalization Moses Kunkuyu, was arrested last month on grounds that he killed Witika over a woman.
Delivering his ruling on the matter, Judge Mvula claimed that Maganga rushed in applying for bail on the matter.
Mvula also claimed that the ruling has been made to give time to the law enforcers to fully investigate the case.
The case has since been adjourned January 2024.
