Sober People will now dig deep into their pockets to meet and purchase  newly imposed prices of non-alcoholic beverage.
This comes barely after a week when The Reserve Bank of Malawi Devalued kwacha with 44 percent.
The Development has affected Coca-Cola Beverages Malawi Limited prompt them to hike prices  on its products attributing the decision to a rise in production and operation cost.
For instance Coca-cola 350 ml which was sold at k450 is now going at 650 per bottle and Sobo squash 2 litrers which was at k3,700 is now at k6,000 per bottle.
The company has however increased the prices approximately 200 Kwacha and 300 Kwacha on various products.
This adjustment, has indicated in a statement signed by Josephine Msaliwa, the Country Director of Route to Market at the Company.
