The High Court sitting in Mzuzu before Judge Gladys Gondwe has adjourned hearing of a homicide case connected to the discovery of a mass grave in Mzimba to tomorrow.
The mass grave contained 30 bodies of unidentified migrants in Mtangatanga Forest in the District.
One of accused persons, Sam Navaya disclosed that he is no longer being represented by counsel Moses Nkhono and had engaged Legal Aid Bureau.
Principal Legal Aid Advocate Kolezi Phiri confirmed the development but said he has learnt of the changes today hence the request for adjournment, to prepare.
Today, the state was expected to parade two witnesses.
Thus far, five people have testified out of the 14 witnesses the state is expected to parade.
