FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Callisto Pasuwa, questioned a journalist on a process of winning a football game, saying what matters in a football match is scoring goals not keeping possession.

The peoples team mentor said this on Saturday after his team thrashed Civil United 3-0 at Kamuzu Stadium to progress through to the quarter finals of the Castel Cup.

Speaking in a post-match interview Pasuwa, did not like the word that his team struggled against Civo United and asked on how the journalist said Bullets struggled.

“What matters in football is scoring goals not keeping possession. I don’t know maybe what you mean when you say struggling. Is it a case of possession or scoring goals for one to win?” Asked Pasuwa.

Lanjesi Nkhoma, Maxwell Gasten Phodo and Hassan Kajoke scored a goal each for Maule to reach the quarter finals of the Castel Cup.

Bullets will face Ekwendeni Hammers in the quarter finals on Wednesday at Kamuzu Stadium and winner will play against Mighty Mukuru wanderers in the semifinals.
