Former Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Secretary Grezelder Jeffrey has shunned the National Governing Council (NGC) meeting currently underway in Mangochi.
The NGC meeting is being presided over by former President Peter Mutharika.
Also absent at the meeting are Member of Parliament for Mwanza Central Constituency Nicholas Dausi, DPP former Vice President for the South Kondwani Nankhumwa, former National Director of women Cecilia Chazama and Ralph Jooma MP.
The missing were part of the NGC meeting which was organized by Jeffrey wa Jeffrey where they resolved to hold elective conference this coming Friday.
