Officials of Somalia Government are in the country on a visit to study how Malawi is managing the citizenship registration process.
Speaking today in Lilongwe, Minister of state and people’s Union in Somalia, Ahmed Moallim Fiqi said that they have come to this country to implement the process of registering people and making them citizenship certificates.
He said they have decided to come here in Malawi to learn about the program because it is one of the few countries in Africa that is working on a high quality citizenship program.
In his words, Minister of defense, Ken Zikhale Ng’oma, said that the arrival of theses visitors means that the country is doing a good job in registering and printing citizenship certificates.
