South African groom gets married to his bride on hospital bed

A South African groom gained attention for performing his wedding from his hospital bed after falling ill on the planned date.

Shared on X by @SithaleKgaogelo, the hospital accommodated the wedding, allowing the couple to stick to their original date.

Despite the groom’s health, they had a memorable ceremony with family and friends.
