The case of political activist Bon Kalindo failed to proceed today at the Principal Resident Magistrate’s court in Zomba, with the prosecutor reportedly being unwell.

Kalindo, who is out on bail, was arrested in connection to a false alarm urging people to go to the police during the demonstrations.

This incident occurred in Zomba, where one of the individuals who staged the controversial ‘Malawi First’ demonstrations had been arrested, and there were calls for the release of this person.

Kalindo is expected to hear when he will be back in court.
