Malawi Women’s National Football Team captain, Tabitha Chawinga, produced an outstanding performance for her side, PSG Feminines after registering a goal and an assist to help the team beat AS Roma 3-1 in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
Chawinga broke the deadlock in the 26 minutes of the match after receiving a ball from Captain Bartimole to give her side a 1 nil deserved lead.
In the second half, the Malawian international set up Kototo to double the parisans lead before korbin adding another goal in the 76 minute to make it 3-0.
As Roma scored a late consolation goal through a wonderful free kick from Manuela.
The win means that PSG has 6 points and are on second position, a point behind Ajax, a point ahead of Roma and two points ahead of Bayern in their group.
